Where to Go

If your question is about IT in the College of Architecture, Arts, and Design, start with AAD IT.

Open a ticket or email aadithelp@vt.edu. Either is the right place to go for:

• IT help for AAD faculty and staff
• Audio-visual support
• Labs and student computing
• AAD-owned hardware and software questions
• “I’m not sure who handles this” questions

You do not need to figure out the right office before you contact us. If it belongs with AAD IT, we’ll handle it. If it needs to go somewhere else, we’ll route it to the right place and pass along the context so you do not have to start over.

Short version: if it touches AAD IT, AV, or the labs, open a ticket or email aadithelp@vt.edu first.
